Wellspring acquires OTC motion sickness drug

- Wellspring also functions as a contract manufacturing organization.
Wellspring’s products are distributed in the US and Canada through OTC channels. The company also has a branded portfolio that includes drugs such as the potassium-sparing diuretic Dyrenium (triamterene) and owns an FDA- and Health Canada-inspected manufacturing facility in Ontario, Canada.
For now, Wellspring spokespeople say its management team is focused on growing its OTC portfolio and offering the best options for combating nausea.
