- Attendees learn and explore the core elements of the major laws and codes that inform corporate compliance policies in the life sciences industry, with particular focus on healthcare fraud, waste, and abuse.
- Sessions cover the US review and approval processes for new drugs and new devices, including laws and regulations that govern advertising and promotion.
- Develop a better understanding of the relationship among ethical norms, corporate values, industry codes, law, and corporate compliance policies and procedures, and how values and rules interact to accomplish overall compliance.
