Seton hall has developed a unique four-day remote-learning program that will bring you a robust educational and relationship building experience you have come to expect from Seton Hall Law while still in the comfort of your home. This compliance certificate program immerses attendees in the statutes, regulations, and other guidance that comprise the body of law known as “fraud and abuse law.” Attendees examine healthcare-related laws and regulations alongside other compliance, ethics, and integrity officers, legal counsel, health care consultants, and regulatory and medical affairs professionals. Participants work through case studies and interactive learning experiences taught by Seton Hall Law school professors, seasoned compliance officers, government officials, and expert industry advisers.
Sessions cover OIG compliance, government investigations, healthcare fraud sentencing, penalties and damages, the federal Anti-Kickback Statute, federal and state False Claims Acts, data privacy, FCPA, FDA approval and regulation of new drugs and devices, the Sunshine Act, and prescription drug and device marketing and advertising.
