As part of this expansion, Bioforum has appointed Dr. Santhosh Kumar as SVP, India & GCC to lead the buildout and execution of the India strategy.

Driven by growing demand for scalable delivery models, specialized expertise, and global coverage, clinical research organizations are increasingly expanding delivery capacity in India. Bioforum’s expansion in this region is designed to support these same dynamics, enabling expanded operational capacity, faster scaling, and more consistent global coverage for clients while maintaining Bioforum’s quality standards and governance.

Dr. Kumar has over 23 years of experience across the CRO and healthcare sectors, with deep expertise in global operations and delivery models. Most recently, he served as Head of India Operations and Global Delivery at Ephicacy. Previously, he held senior leadership roles at Indegene and Accenture Life Sciences R&D, and served as Senior Director, Clinical Data Management at IQVIA, overseeing global teams across multiple geographies.
