July 8, 2026 – PSI CRO has entered into a strategic memoranda of understanding (MOU) with six leading medical institutions in Taiwan, strengthening long-standing collaborations focused on accelerating clinical trial startup, improving enrollment performance, and supporting sponsors across a broad range of therapeutic areas.
The network includes:
- National Taiwan University Hospital (NTUH),
- Taipei Medical University and its affiliated hospital system,
- Far Eastern Memorial Hospital (FEMH),
- Changhua Christian Hospital (CCH),
- Chiayi Christian Hospital (CYCH), and
- Kaohsiung Medical University Chung-Ho Memorial Hospital (KMUH).
Collectively, these institutions represent some of Taiwan’s most experienced clinical research centers, with established strengths in oncology, hematology, gastroenterology, and infectious diseases, while also supporting emerging capabilities in neurology and respiratory diseases.
In addition, PSI is working with the participating institutions to evaluate and strengthen their radiopharmaceutical capabilities, integrating qualified sites into its global network to support future nuclear medicine and molecular imaging studies.
The MOU framework formalizes dedicated points of contact, executive oversight, and structured enrollment tracking to improve visibility and enable faster decision-making throughout study execution. For sponsors, this delivers improved startup readiness, stronger enrollment predictability, and more streamlined operational alignment from study planning through execution.
“These agreements build on years of collaboration between PSI Taiwan and Taiwan’s premier medical centers, including contributions to global pivotal programs in gene therapy and other advanced modalities,” said Roger Tseng, PSI Taiwan Country Manager and the team. “Our sponsors want speed and predictability. This partnership delivers on both.”
As demand grows for complex, globally coordinated clinical studies, PSI sees deeper integration between sponsors, CROs, investigators, and hospital leadership as essential to improving study efficiency and accelerating patient access to innovative therapies.
