After months of fear, confusion and concern, healthcare facilities are reopening, and patients are returning to receive postponed, non-emergent care. The COVID-19 threat is far from over, and there are still many unknowns about when it’s safe to return and whether in-person visits will again become the standard. ZS surveyed more than 500 physicians, 500 patients and 30 healthcare administrators to gather their current thoughts on care delivery, telemedicine and pharma’s potential role during the COVID-19 pandemic. The insights gleaned from the survey show how COVID-19 continues to change the circumstances for these key stakeholders—and give us a glimpse of the future.
